FLP® runs on IBM Lotus Domino/ Notes. Its market leading ‘replicate’ functionality allows data in the production server to be replicated, e.g. every 15 minutes, to the backup server. You don’t need to adopt third party backup software to run the risk of incompatibility of software. FLP® avoids the painstaking problem of copying a file which is in open status.

Automated Backup on External Media

FLP® backup solution further allows you to automate the backup on media every night. For example, you simply insert the backup media, e.g. 73G Iomega Disk, to the disc drive and rotate it every day. You can schedule to backup data onto the disc every night at 3 a.m.
